The Wounded Warrior Walk made its trek through Ligonier again in honor of those who have given to their country and made sacrifices untold for our liberty and freedom.  This year Somerset Fire Department and Ligonier Vol Hose Co. No. 1 raised the flag over the route in full banner to show our appreciation to those heroes.  Fire departments from throughout the valley participated along with many other organizations giving of their time to also show their thanks.  Thanks to the fire police who provided the traffic for the Borough department and those who braved the storm to come out and support these service persons who marched across Pennsylvania.
